Modules (Details)
Shift Definition
Any number and duration of shifts can be entered with the help of this interface.

All shifts are fully configurable depending on the need.

Shifts once created can then be assigned to either individual Employees and an Employee Group.

Shift Type:
Shift can be of following types according to their nature:
  • Required Time
  • Required Hours
Required Time is used for fixed time definition like 9am to 5pm
Required Hours is used to define shifts that are based on working hours in a day.
Leave Type
Any number and types of leaves can be configured in the system.

Leaves can be configured as With or Without Pay.

The default number of Leave Limit per Year can also be configured from here.
Gazettes Holidays
Allows the administrators to mark all the annual holidays of the year.

The Title as well as the Reason of the holiday can also be recorded.

The record of annual holidays is maintained separately for each branch/city or location.
Personnel Information
Various categories of personnel information can be entered through this entry form.
This includes:

Off-Day Planning
Off-Days eases the way an individual or group of employees are allowed to work in the organization.

This enhances the tracking and management of employee’s assigned work schedule.

This option is ideal for company Executives and Directors.

Daily Attendance
This powerful entry form allows viewing and editing of all Attendance related values in the system.

It shows the following attendance data of an employee:
  • Attendance Date
  • Time In, Time Out
  • Over Time
  • Short Time
Further more, when an employee takes a day-off, the administrator can select a Leave Type for that day, so that proper Leave Balance can be maintained.
